| Sweet and Sour Meatballs |
| Meatball Ingredients |
| hamburger |
| 1/4 cup bread crumbs |
| 2 eggs |
| salt and pepper to taste |
| onions to taste |
| Sauce Ingredients |
| 1 cup ketchup |
| 1 cup vinegar |
| 1 cup brown sugar |
| 2 tsp. dry mustard |
| Method |
Combine first set of ingredients together in a bowl. Form medium sized balls and brown in a frying pan or in the oven at 450 F, making sure to turn them during browning. |
Mix sauce ingredients together. Place meatballs in baking dish and pour sauce over top. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour or until the sauce thickens at 350 F- 450 F. |
