Pizza Dip
 
Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise (must be may, no Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese
1 jar pizza sauce ( must be pizza sauce, no spaghetti sauce)
1/2 cup grated motzarella cheese
1 medium-large green pepper, diced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
Method
Using hand mixer, mix mayo, sour cream, and cream cheese together. Spread onto plate with raised edge. Slice green pepper and mushroom and mix into pizza sauce. Spread pizza sauce on top of bottom layer. Top with grated motzarella cheese. Refrigerate 2-3 hours prior to serving.
Note: Dip is best when refrigerated over night. Add cheese just prior to serving, if you refrigerate over night.
*This dip looks just like a raw pizza when fully assembled* Enjoy ! = )
