Hashbrown Casserole |
Ingredients |
1 kg. pkg. frozen hash browns |
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup |
2 cups sour cream |
1/2 cup melted butter |
2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
1 onion, grated |
1/4 cup bread crumbs |
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese |
1/8 tsp. parsley flakes |
1/8 tsp. pepper |
1/8 tsp. paprika |
Method |
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, except bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and spices. Place in ungreased 13X7 inch pan. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and spices together and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 F. Do not cover.This recipe may be cut in half if you wish. |
