Ingredients |
4 chicken breasts |
1/2 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 container whipped cream cheese |
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup |
Method |
Mix vegetable oil and Italian salad dressing mix together in frying pan. Add chicken breasts to mixture and brown. Approximately 4 minutes on each side. |
Combine cream cheese and cream of chicken soup. Place chicken breasts in casserole dish and pour sauce mixture over top. Cover and bake at 350 F for about 1 hour. |
