Cauliflower Casserole
 
Ingredients
 
1 cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Method
 
Preheat oven to 300 F. Break cauliflower into flowerettes and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and place in casserole. Blend soup, cheese and mayonnaise together. Pour sauce over top of cauliflower. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
 
I am not a big fan of cooked cauliflower. This is one of the only ways that I will eat it. Enjoy ! = )
